I have a friend who has always been a big Pam Bono Designs fan, but is upset now because she doesn’t know how to use a computer. What can she do? Do you still send printed patterns?

We no longer send printed patterns because this site is about saving quilters time and money.  Getting a download pattern is instant gratification and is a real money saver.  Tell your friend to get an inexpensive computer (prices go down every day), and she will be surprised at how many family members or friends will help her to learn enough about using it to watch our videos and get our download patterns.  It’s what is happening in this century, and it’s really a great thing.  There will be a lot more companies offering this kind of service.

We were getting very frustrated with the expensive mail service and the high cost of printing which drove the retail price on our patterns up – and explains why shipping is so expensive.  We had a lot of orders that were lost in the mail.  It frustrated our customers, and it frustrates us as well!  This is more economical for everyone concerned!  Your friend can order our books from our store as they are mailed, and so is The Angler 2.
