Back up all of your patterns. We have some suggestions in our FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS section about how to do that.  If your computer crashes, and you lose your saved purchases, we will not replace them.

•  Pam's Club is committed to protecting the privacy of your Personal Information. Do not share your user name and password.  Consider this confidential information like your bank account number or social security number. We have spent time and money making sure that your confidential information is safe and secure, but cannot guarantee it if you share it with others.  Multiple log ins could result in the suspension of your membership.

•  Any item that is shipped to a country other than the U.S. is shipped U.S. Postal.  We DO NOT guarantee delivery once it leaves the U.S.

•  We make an effort to resolve any difficulties with logging in or accessing Free Member Content.  Because of the nature of this website, once joined all Free Member Content can be quickly and easily downloaded.  Therefore, we do not refund any membership fees.

•  No refunds will be given on any purchase in the Store on E-Patterns or videos or on memberships, because of the nature of this website.  The patterns come to you as downloads as soon as your purchase is made, therefore you have paid for and received your order.
